By Air
The nearest airport is Lengpui Airport in Aizawl which is located at an estimated distance of 275 km. It is the only airport in the state and is well linked with other cities in the country. From the airport, you can hire a car or a bus to reach the destination. There is regular Helicopter service twice a week in Lawngtlai to Aizawl.
By Rail
Nearest Railway Station is Silchar in Assam which is about 18 hrs drive from Lawngtlai. Maxi Cabs are available from Lawngtlai to Aizawl and Aizawl to Silchar. It is available everyday except Sunday.
By Road
You can reach Lawngtlai in around 10-12 hours from the state capital. It is situated in the southern part of Mizoram and one of the farthest district. Sumo service is always available for the journey and in this way you can see almost every part of Mizoram and its greenery and culture.
